Senior Fellow, Focus Association for Sustainable Development, Ljubljana
Lidija Živčič is a senior expert at Focus Association for Sustainable Development, Slovenia. Her work covers issues of sustainable development, climate, energy, transport, consumption, participation, degrowth and global responsibility. She has over 15 years’ experience in project management. She coordinated the IEE funded project REACH, and has worked on European projects such as the Horizon2020 funded Energise and the FP7 funded EJOLT, as well as numerous Slovenian projects. She holds an M.Sc. degree in Environmental Science and Policy from CEU in Budapest, and a PhD from the University of Ljubljana, where her dissertation was on raising awareness on climate change in Slovenia.
