Vsevolod Kovalchuk is currently Acting Director of the NPC Ukrenergo State Enterprise, where he previously held the positions of First Deputy Director, and Deputy Director for Investment Issues, Economic Policy and Procurement. He has also been an advisor to the director of Ukrayinsky Lisovi Resursy, an honorary president of the Dominatore Group Ukraine Trade House, and CEO of economic policy and analysis for SE NNGC Energoatom, as well as holding several positions at NJSC Naftogaz Ukraine. He holds a degree in management from Kyiv National University and a post-graduate engineering degree from Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
