Head of Unit "H2020 Energy", Executive Agency for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (EASME)
Vincent Berrutto is Head of the Energy Unit at the European Commission's Executive Agency for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (EASME). He is responsible for energy efficiency priorities under the Energy Challenge of Horizon 2020, the EU Programme for Research and Innovation (2014–2020). Prior to joining EASME, Vincent Berrutto dealt with sustainable energy issues in other services of the European Commission, as well as in the French government. He holds a PhD in Science and has 25 years of professional experience.
