Director of the Slovak Foreign Policy Association
Alexander Duleba is Director of the Slovak Foreign Policy Association and Head of the Eastern Europe Program. Mr Duleba graduated from Taras Shevchenko University in Kiev in 1989 and was awarded a C.Sc. by the Department of Political Science at the Slovak Academy of Sciences in 1998. He received his Doctor Habilitatus from Comenius University in Bratislava in 2009. He has been with SFPA since 1995, and his research interests include Slovak foreign policy, the domestic and foreign policies of countries of the former USSR (mainly Russia and Ukraine), the European Neighbourhood Policy, and the energy policies of Slovakia, the V4 and the EU.
