Konstantin Staschus, Chair, ETIP SNET and Chief Innovation Officer (external), ENTSO-E
Konstantin Staschus has worked in the Berlin office of Ecofys – a Navigant Company – as Director since 2017, and consults part-time with his own StaRGET GmbH for ENTSO-E to chair Cigré’s Study Committee C1 and the European Technology & Innovation Platform “Smart Networks for Energy Transition.” He has previously held management positions in German utility associations, including 6 years as Managing Director of VDN, an association of over 400 German electricity transmission and distribution system operators. In 2009 he began his mandate as the 1st Secretary-General of ENTSO-E in Brussels. He received a PhD in Operations Research from Virginia Tech in the USA.
